R-7400 is a partially polymerized cashew nutshell liquid, rich in natural phenols such as cardol and cardanol, designed for industrial applications requiring enhanced material performance. Reebol is specially formulated blend of mineral oils and chemicals having release properties which are superior to those of a conventional mould oil. The chemicals react with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould, thereby enabling easy striping from concrete and acting as a protection to steel and wooden formwork. Reebol is supplied as a pale straw coloured liquid ready for direct application and use.
Reebol Emulsion Xtra is supplied as a pale amber liquid which turns white when diluted with water to produce a chemical release agent, combining the outstanding release properties of such materials with the economy of a conventional oil. It reacts with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould which enables easy stripping from the hardened concrete.
RELEASE SR 40 is a Polydimethylsiloxane Emulsion, which is used as rubber release for moulded parts.
REPELLO, a product with enriched silica sol combination which repels water and oil. This product can be coated directly on to the substrate by using Hand spray. This product works well with substrates like Paper and Leather. REPELLO itself a volatile compound, so curing at room temperature will be fast. It will not leave any stains in the substrate. Dilution not recommended.
RESICARE AIC is a hydrolytically stable Silicone polyether surfactant, which can be used in wide range of applications in automotive and household cleaning products, due to its excellent surface property.
