Solvent-based acrylic coating system that is made from the cross-linking reaction between acrylic and ester monomer via unsaturated bonds. Furthermore, it can copolymerize with other monomers to achieve the performance requirements of hardness and softness. Paver coat is very resistant to weather, water and chemical . Mainly used as a top coat for pavers, it is also used as a top coat for architectural coatings.

PCAT - 1030 is tris-(dimethyl-aminomethyl) phenol, a technical grade curing agent. It is Lewis Base catalyst, works to boost the curing mechanism of epoxy resin. It activates the reaction of epoxy resin with polyamide, their adducts, amidoamines, amine adducts, phenalkamines & phenalkamides etc. This can potentially replace Ankamine K54

Pearlgloss 90 is a specially designed micronized hydrous clay that increases the gloss in both water and solvent-based paints as well as reduces the emulsion and resin dosages.

It offers ease of dispersion and provides anti-settling properties in both aqueous and solvent-based coatings and inks.

It acts as a spacer which helps to reduce the dosages of prime pigments like TiO2.

It helps to achieve the highest level of gloss in premium water-based paints like Royal Shine, Apex Shine & postal paints.

KOMOTAC RESIN KS2000 SERIES are granular, almost colorless, modified gum rosin polyols esters which are made from special refined gum rosin by an advanced process of hydrogenization, esterfication and stabilization.

PCP-9115 is a solvent-free, medium-viscosity castor-based polyol designed for use in coating applications, cured with TDI or MDI. It delivers excellent flow and leveling properties, forming hard yet flexible and abrasion-resistant films. With outstanding water, chemical, and acid resistance, it ensures durability in demanding environments. Its strong adhesion to various substrates makes it highly effective for applications such as sports flooring, where toughness, flexibility, and long-term performance are critical.

KOMOTAC® RESIN KF454S and KF464S are granular form, light color, low odor modified gum rosin pentaerythritol esters with excellent melt viscosity. They are very good tackifiying resins which can be used to formulate various kinds of adhesives that will exhibit light initial color, good color stability and oxidation resistance.
