PPA 7041
PPA - 7041 is a phenalkamine epoxy hardener known for its rapid cure at low temperatures and ability to cure under humid or damp conditions. It offers a workable pot life at low temperatures and exhibits excellent chemical, solvent, and water resistance. This hardener provides superior corrosion resistance and good adhesion to mechanically cleaned surfaces, along with very good flexibility. It is highly compatible with epoxy resins based on Bisphenol-A, Bisphenol-F, and Phenolic Novolacs. PPA - 7041 can be used to formulate medium to high solid coatings and is ideal for applications in flooring and construction, tank linings, marine and industrial maintenance coatings, surface tolerant primers for metallic substrates, and adhesives. It can effectively serve as a replacement for Cardolite NC 541.
