Hyper Fine
HYPER FINE is a high brightness, ultra-fine calcined aluminium silicate opacifying extender pigment having outstanding opacity characteristics without any loss in dry film or any other key properties, produced by a multi stage refining and calcination process under computerized process control. Calcination process develops micro porous surface which enhanced light scattering which improves the opacity and reduce the TiO2 level (Up to 30%) in premium glossy or semi glossy brushing enamel & emulsion paints. It can be used as an equal weight replacement for synthetic aluminium silicate opacifiers and also gives lower paint viscosity even at higher solid while compare to synthetic silicates.
