Biox® AM492 is a microbicide specially developed for the dry film protection of water-based coatings
formulations against the attack of fungi or algae. Coating surfaces are constantly exposed to spores of microorganisms such as mould, yeasts and algae. When these spores find an appropriate environment, they start to grow and cause damages to the coating dry film, such as defacement, loss of integrity, breakages and bad appearance.
